Leading Edge is a well-established and highly respected consulting firm providing comprehensive OSHA compliance and construction safety services. The firm was established in 2006 by Kevin Monaco who served as Director of Legislative & Regulatory Affairs for the Utility & Transportation Contractors Association of NJ for 12 years prior to founding Leading Edge.

The firm is based in Fairfield, New Jersey and currently has a staff of seven full-time professionals, three part-time/independent contractor associates, and also maintains strategic relationships with several other firms and individuals offering specific services.

Our team is comprised of well-qualified safety professionals, including former senior-level OSHA officials, OSHA Authorized Trainers, and staff who have achieved recognized industry credentials such as Certified Safety Professionals and Certified Industrial Hygienists.
